 The main idea of this tourist agency is to promote ecological tourism and to revitalize the real values of a Dalmatian village, and the one of Poljica.
 The agency name (Jut) symbolizes our tradition, but also expresses a great deal of our hopes and expectations. It contains main propositions and ideas, promoting reestablishment of pure nature and the way our grandfathers lived in it. Who can show how our fathers lived on that poor, but at the same time blessed piece of land, better than the descendants of those very people?

 Tourist agency "Jut" was founded to make tourism the main force and a financial source of ecological projects and protection of various cultural monuments, that can be found everywhere. Namely, people have been living in these areas since the younger stone age.
Since its foundation tourist agency "Jut" accepts Nature as its partner in everything it does. 20% of the means it earns is being paid to the account of "Sports-Kulture association - "Podgrade"". From that source different ecological actions to protect natural wealth have been supported. |

 The toponym POLJICA (ancient name: Polica) is derived from the croatian word for field, POLJE (Campus, Ager). POLJICA is a diminutive of the word POLJE, signifying a small field. Such small and extremely fertile fields were numerous in the Poljica region. |
